Kindly note: orders that are not prepaid (by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card) are reserved for your Pick-up for one week (7 days). In case you can not come during this period, please send us an E-Mail or call us (+36-26-340009 during shop opening hours).
After the 7 days have past RCHUNGARY reserves the right to sell the goods to other clients.

In case of pre-payment of the order (by bank transfer, paypal or credit card) RCHUNGARY will keep the ordered items for 3 months. In case the order is not picked up by the client during this period the order is regarded as "cancelled by the Client". RCHUNGARY will refund payments to the Client (the same Transaction as payments have been done by the Client) deducting 10% of the total order value as cost compensation for RCHUNGARY.

FOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless and environmentally conscious way of receiving packages. If you place your order in one of the FOXPOST parcel machines, you don't have to wait all day for the courier to bring your order to you. The machines of the national, constantly expanding network of parcel machines are easily accessible in many parts of Hungary, both indoors and outdoors, and are available from morning to night. After we hand over the package to FOXPOST, they deliver it to the machine within 1-2 working days, and then send a notification via SMS and a unique code that you can use to collect it within 3 days.

Important:

1) you can only pay with a bank card at the machines.
2) the maximum package size accepted is 60 x 30 x 30 cm. For larger package sizes (eg. airplane models) please select another delivery method.
3) maximum parcel weight: 25 kg
4) be aware that some parcel lockers are OUTDOORS (very high or very low temperatures - freezing) and this may result in negative quality effects for eg. paints, glues, batteries, etc. In this case RCHUNGARY can not be held resposible for any damages. If you are unsure, please select an indoor parcel despenser machine or home delivery.

You can return your package within 14 days according to the conditions of the webshop. You can do this at any FOXPOST machine simply by re-entering the unique package collection code that was send to you via SMS.
