Pultruded CFRP profiles from Van Dijk Pultrusion Products made of HT carbon fibers (high-strength fiber Torayca® T300 or equivalent) and epoxy resin are continuously drawn from a tool. This manufacturing process means that the fibers are unidirectional, i.e. arranged in the longitudinal direction. A high fiber volume fraction of 62% is achieved with a very low air void content.

Heat resistance 120 ° C.

A pretreatment of the surfaces to be bonded is not necessary. For the bonding itself, we recommend epoxy resin or cyanoacrylate (superglue).
