APPLICATION - SUITABLE FOR:
Suitable for waterproof bonding and laminating of practically all soft, hard and exotic wood species. Suitable for well fitting non load bearing timber structures where finger, dovetail and tenon joints, dowels and springs have been used. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, especially for glued joints that need to be waterproof. For surface bonding of wood, insulating boards, chipboard, multiplex plywood, MDF, paper, cardboard and hardboard. Also suitable for laminating veneer and hard plastic panels (HPL, Formica, Duropal, Resopal) on wooden surfaces. D3: Indoor areas where running water, condensation and/or high exposure to relative humidity occur regularly but for short periods of time. Outdoor areas that are not exposed to the weather conditions.
PREPARATION
The ambient temperature, the temperature of the adhesive and the materials to be bonded should not be below +5 °C. The relative humidity should not exceed 65%. The moisture content of the wood should be between 8% and 12%.
surface requirements
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and dust-free. Make sure the surfaces to be joined are a good fit.
Preparation of the surfaces
Degrease oily wood with solvents.

2 - 4 m²/kg, applied on both sides, depending on the material properties.
PROCESSING:
Using a brush or other tool, apply the adhesive thinly and evenly to one or both parts. Let it sit for a few minutes, press the pieces together and let them sit with a clamp or press for 30-60 minutes. The most suitable pressure is 2 - 5 kg/cm².
stains/residue
Immediately remove adhesive residue with water. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
storage conditions
Close the container properly and store the product in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
