T8FB 8-channel remote control 2,4 GHz + receiver set - RadioLink
T8FB is a classic 8-channel transmitter for hobby modelers, with 2 sticks, 2 switches and 2 rotary knobs, servo reverse switches for channels 1-4.
By using an APP (Android or Apple or computer) this transmitter turns into a smart computer transmitter that allows you to set basic functions such as reverse switches, different wing mixers and V-tails.
It even has two freely programmable mixers.
Thanks to these functions, it allows the control of all currently common models: acro models, gliders, multicopters, cars and other land vehicles and ships.
The transmitter has a handy housing with an ergonomic arrangement of the controls that has been tried and tested for years.
Controls: The main functions are controlled by precise joysticks with adjustable force using neutralizing springs.
Mode settings: It is possible to place the axis for throttle on the right or left side - an easy 5-minute conversion is required.
This allows you to choose stick modes 1-4.
The digital trims have an acoustic feedback signal for the step sequence and the center position. They are slightly off-center and easy to reach.
Additional channels be controlled by the two rotary knobs on the top of the transmitter and two switches (one with three positions and one with two positions) can serve as channel switches or to turn program functions on/off (after setting on a PC or smartphone).
These control functions can be assigned with the APP on the PC or smartphone.
Transmitter power supply: T8FB can be powered by a variety of different batteries: 4 alkaline batteries in the included holder; NiMH battery pack with 4 cells (size AA, AA batteries) or 2-3 LiPo cells, Li-ion. If the transmitter is connected to a PC or smartphone, the battery voltage is displayed and an undervoltage warning can be set.
We recommend a 4.8V NIMH battery pack with low self-discharge (e.g. Eneloop), custom-made for this transmitter and equipped with a charging port.
Transmission system: T8FB uses frequency hopping transmission, which guarantees long range, reliability and interference immunity; it does not enable transmission of telemetry data.
App software:
When connected to a PC or smartphone, you get a variety of channel setting options. You can retrieve existing settings from the transmitter, change them as needed and reload them into the transmitter, save them on a PC or smartphone, or load the settings saved there into the transmitter. The operating program or application has four menus:
Menu: SERVO monitor for servo travel display of all channels.
Menu: BASIC for setting reverse switches and deflection sizes (for both directions independent of center), subtrim, failsafe and servo speed.
Menu: ADVANCED for setting the dual rate deflections, ATTITUDE function (up to 6-level switch for drone flight modes), mixer for delta and flying wing.
Menu: SYSTEM for assigning channel sticks 5-8, stick modes 1-4, adjustable audible low voltage transmitter battery warning and two freely programmable mixers.
Other transmitter functions:
Micro USB socket (bottom of the transmitter): used to update the firmware and program the transmitter.
Trainer cable socket: used to control models with two Radiolink transmitters connected via a teacher-student cable. T8FB can be used as a student transmitter. In addition to the classic cable (sold separately 1RL0058), a wireless connection can also be used via a receiver with PPM output, which is connected to the teacher-student socket of the teacher transmitter using a special adapter (sold separately 1RL0056). The receiver must be paired with the student transmitter.
Transmitter strap: an eyelet (1-point) is available on the top of the transmitter (strap is sold separately).
