High-power servos are connected directly to the HUB-4, and draw power from it. Relatively small servos with low current drain are connected directly to the receiver.
The output features two HUB-2 or HUB-3 leads for the wings; elevator and rudder servos are connected using another long HUB-2 lead.
Other S-BUS consumer units, such as nosewheel steering and tow-release servos, can be connected to the remaining socket.
Power can be drawn via the 8 A switch harness, a limiter or a dual power supply system.
A compact, very high-performance solution to the wiring of the S-BUS system with a continuous current capacity of 8 A (16 A peak), which is adequate for most models.
This arrangement provides spatial separation of the power supply system and receiver , i.e. the receiver can be installed in a position in the model favourable for raNut reception - for example, under the canopy - while the remainder of the wiring remains in the fuselage.
A range of ready-made NiMH and LiPo receiver batteries is available to suit the HUB-4 S-BUS system, which are fitted with the 30 A high-current connector as standard.
Current rating: Continuous 8A, intermittent 16A.
