Whether you are an ambitious beginner or an advanced model aircraft pilot, the Arcus II is the right choice when looking for a powerful and compact glider with electric drive. Whether fast or slow, agile or quiet, motor or gliding, with this model you always have the right all-rounder in use. The model is controlled via three axes. Thanks to its powerful drive set, the Arcus II has enough power for the climb and then, in good thermal conditions, to glide.
Despite its wingspan of 1,840 mm, it is easy to transport thanks to the divisible wing. The model is supplied with four mounted servos for ailerons, rudder and elevator as well as with a mounted drive set. CFRP reinforcements in the fuselage and wings, as well as the undercarriage and two plastic protectors for the fuselage round off the scope of delivery.
The model can be retrofitted with flaps in no time. The large ailerons already have an embossed dividing line for this retrofit, as well as the mounting points for the additional control horns. Mounting slots with cable channels for the additional servos are integrated in the wings. This means that only the available retrofit set and two additional 8 - 9 g servos, a suitable adhesive and of course a free channel on the remote control system/receiver are required. Of course, the installation is described in the illustrated assembly instructions.
