Carbon tube Processing information - please note: Internal release agents are used in pultrusion, which separate out on the surface. A pre-treatment of the surfaces to be bonded is therefore necessary. These must be sanded very carefully (220-grit sandpaper) and freed from sanding dust. Epoxy resin or cyanoacrylate (superglue) is used for the bonding itself.
